AI cuts search costs by up to 50%
A new system from Actonomy can cut costs by using artificial intelligence to search through databases for recruiters.
The Actonomy Guided Search links to the recruiter's own database in addition to searching other job or social internet sites.
It can identify and search through unstructured documents such as CVs for terms or synonyms for these to identify suitable applicants.
Actonomy's chief executive officer Filip de Geijter predicts the software will reduce the learning curves of new entrants to professions such as sales recruitment and allow searches to be performed in unknown domains.
He claims Guided Search allows efficiency to be improved and costs to be reduced.
The company is based in Belgium but operates worldwide.
