Graduate Telesales Executive, IT

Graduate Telesales Executive, IT Technology Products, London, £18K Basic Salary, £35K with commission and bonuses. Working for the market leader in their field and representing genuine global technology brands this is an entry level sales role which is ideal for a recent graduate with some sales experience, perhaps during a sandwich year, work experience or during holidays. This is a lead generation and new business oriented B2B telesales role in a very busy and buzzing sales floor close to Euston Station in Central London. The key to your success will be your positive attitude and desire to succeed. The entire UK and Irish management team started their careers in this role so the potential for future growth is great.

To apply for the role you will be a graduate with some telesales experience and unfazed by cold calling. You will be intelligent, articulate and engaging with a natural ability to question to understand the needs of clients and to close for appointments for the field sales teams. You will be keen to progress your career and be hard working and wanting to join a company with a 'work hard, play hard' environment. The company has grown exponentially in recent years and this is an exciting time to join this ambitious and thriving business.

The role is creating appointments for the field sales team and commission is paid upon appointments set and attended together with business secured. Commission is paid monthly and typical 'on target earnings' in the first year are £35K with the top earners earning in excess of £50K p.a. (top earner in the UK earning £70K p.a. in his second year).

You will be speaking to highly articulate clients that are typically board level procurement or senior IT staff. As such you will be a self disciplined professional that is able to converse and build business partnerships at this level yet also tenacious enough to close for meetings.

Interviews are happening from 3rd August 2010. We anticipate that the roles will be filled very quickly and are expecting a large response to this campaign.
