Channel Partner Development Specialist

Channel Partner Development Specialist - IT Solutions - Reading - up to 40k basic £60k OTE

Aaron Wallis Recruitment is keen to recruit a Partner Development Specialist for a technology business in Reading where you will be responsible for providing post-sales support, training and consulting services to existing customers, whilst identifying and closing new sales opportunities within both the UK & South African territories. The training and consulting is non-technical and focuses on the development of customer go-to-market offerings, marketing strategies and sales development. The ultimate goal of the Partner Development Specialist is to consult with customers determine what the best service offering mix would be and then assist the customer in developing and launching these offerings. Responsibilities in the role include training workshops, training the staff of new clients on business methodology and creating sales & marketing literature.
Experience in channel sales and territory management are key elements to this role as are strong communication skills and verbal & written skills. If you have sold into managed service providers or even worked within an MSP environment this will be extremely advantageous.
