Sales Trainer, Consumer Electronics into Retail
£20,000 Basic Salary, £26,000 to £30,000 OTE + Car + Benefits

This is a Sales Trainer and merchandising field based role with a major manufacturer of premium consumer electronics, AV equipment, computer accessories, peripherals and connectors. The role is working with the UK's largest electrical retailers training their staff to sell products effectively to their customers. UK Wide role based from HQ in Buckinghamshire.

This is a relationship building sales training role which requires a well organised, articulate, confident and professional individual that is able to train retail staff in the features and benefits of product and the additional value that the products will add to their customers. The role is both training individuals and groups and often will require presenting at regional sales conferences to demonstrate new products, etc.

To apply you will have proven experience of sales, merchandising or sales training within a retail environment.

* You will have delivered sales training or product training
* You will be credible, outgoing and confident with strong interpersonal skills
* You will be an organised self starter with the ability to influence and persuade others to achieve their sales targets and goals
* You will be a driver with a clean driving licence and solid IT Skills
* The absolutely ideal candidate will have experience within consumer electronics or IT peripherals

The day to day role is liaising with store managers at a local level to ensure stocks are replenished and products are displayed in a way to achieve maximum sales.

This is not an everyday role and requires a communicative, persuasive and determined individual that is also organised and has an eye for detail.
